Terms of Use

Effective 22 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of tashnaz.com (the "site"), run by the TASHNAZ software studio ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

What the site is

The site presents our studio and our apps. It sells nothing, has no accounts and collects no payments. The mini game, the controller, the rubber duck and the other easter eggs are for fun only.

Our apps have their own terms

chickchak, Kumu. and Pocket Magnet each have their own terms of use and privacy policies, published in the app, on the app store page or on the app's website. These terms cover only this site.

Content and intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, logo, code, animations and sounds on the site belong to TASHNAZ or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The names TASHNAZ, chickchak, Kumu. and Pocket Magnet and their logos are ours. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, or use our names and logos in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Acceptable use

Please don't try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Information on the site

We work hard to keep the site accurate, but it's provided "as is". Descriptions of apps, features, availability and dates may change, and some apps are still in development. Numbers and jokes on the site are meant in good humour.

Links to other sites

We link to app stores and other websites for convenience. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, TASHNAZ is not liable for any damage arising from using the site or from not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection or other laws that cannot be waived.

Accessibility and privacy

See our accessibility statement and privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site.

Language

These terms are published in Hebrew and English. If the two versions differ, the Hebrew version applies.
